Shipping Policy

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered.

WHERE do we ship to? We ship the products almost anywhere in Romania. You may ship goods to an address other than your own, which makes gift giving even easier. Items cannot be shipped to a General Delivery Address, Post Office Box or to any address outside of Romania.

WHEN do we ship? Items in stock will typically ship out in 2-3 business days. Shipping times will vary based on your requested shipping location. For Metropolitan areas, delivery time will typically be up to 24 hours from dispatch. Delivery times will be longer for rural and remote locations. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday. Orders placed on National Holidays, regardless of day or time, will begin processing on the following business day. Items will only be delivered during normal business hours (9am to 5pm) on weekdays. Delivery is not available on weekends, public holidays or after business hours. We can not guarantee specific delivery times. Shipping times are estimated and may vary depending on order processing time and the distance of the shipping address from our distribution center in Bucharest, to the stated shipping address.

HOW do we ship? All shipments are sent via courier using services provided by Urgent Curier and FAN Courier from our distribution centre located in Bucuresti.

RATES for shipping? We do not profit from shipping. Your shipping cost will be exactly the same as we are charged by whichever shipping company is used to deliver your package. Shipping costs are calculated on the website automatically during Checkout based on the weight of the items you are purchasing and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. A re-delivery fee will be charged for item that is undeliverable and/or returned to us due to incorrect delivery address or unsuccessful delivery. 

How we track an order that's been shipped? When a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. We will email you the tracking number after the shipment has been done.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within three business days of your order feel free to follow up with us.

In store pick up option?
We also provide in store pick up of your order. Our warehouse is located in Bucharest. Please contact us for more details regarding the in store pick up.

Damaged packing/Items? Please refuse the delivery if the order arrives to you with obvious shipping damage. You must take the time to inspect the package for any physical damages and signs of tampering before you sign the delivery receipt from the carrier. Do not sign for damaged products. If your product arrives damaged, please (a) REFUSE DELIVERY and (b) Call Us Immediately/send photos, so we can process the appropriate claims and coordinate an exchange for you.

We will not be responsible for damage shipment upon signed and accepted the delivery. If you sign the delivery receipt without inspecting the shipment you will be responsible for filing a freight claim and arranging for a repair or replacement of the damaged goods and you will be responsible for any costs that may occur in getting the replacement. Please save all packaging material and paperwork for the order if shipping damage is a possible issue. If you dispose of packaging material or attempt to return the merchandise without contacting us, you jeopardize our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return.

Concealed damage claims must be reported immediately. On occasion, the outer carton may look damaged, but the product inside the box is perfectly fine. If you suspect concealed damage, notate "Possible Freight Damage" on the delivery receipt while the driver is present. This way, if you discover later that the product is damaged, the remedy of a freight claim is less of a hassle.
